Hi John,

I used to get upset and always thought of what I could have said differently. I now realize, that I can't clean for everybody.

We just bought a butler van with all the equipment to steam clean carpets. We are in the Northern Virginia area. What is the best method to gain new customers? We are in the process of sending out post cards. I took an ad out in one of the largest papers in the country and got ZERO hits. Any advise would be helpful.

Hey,

I am a webmaster for postcardpros.com and my company is a print and mail marketing firm. One of my jobs that I delight in is to seek-out marketing advice that is relevant to our customers and provide it to them.

I enjoyed your article and the pearl therein, and plan, in due time, to link to it.

Thank you for the story!

I whole hartedly agree. You need to be true to your niche.

Remember that the reason the afluent have what they have is because they are great negotiators. That means you have to be better.
